Supplier matching and quote alignment
Self Adhesive Bandage Supplier Matching for a Defined Requirement
Our work begins with the buyer's product brief rather than a preselected factory claim. We translate the requested wrap construction, dimensions, packaging, quantities, US destination and timing into a consistent inquiry, then ask potential suppliers to answer the same commercial and evidence questions.
We coordinate requirements and responses. A supplier remains responsible for its proposed model, quotation and supporting files, while the buyer retains final approval.
Input and handoff
Build the RFQ in paired requirement rows
Product input
Specify whether the requirement is a cohesive wrap that adheres to itself or another construction. Record substrate or material constraints, requested stretch behavior, width, roll length, color, edge treatment and skin-contact restrictions. If an attribute is not decided, label it as open rather than copying a value from a public product-family page.
Order input
State quantity by roll, individual package, inner pack or master case; list each width or color as a separate variant. Add US destination, requested timing, sample quantity, private-label scope, carton markings and whether the budget applies per roll or to the full order.
Supplier handoff
Each candidate is asked to identify the proposed configuration, pack basis, MOQ, sample terms, production or dispatch assumption, currency, delivery term, freight scope and exclusions. Alternatives must be returned on separate lines so the buyer can see which requirement changed.
Evidence status
Separate comparable answers from unresolved questions
Comparable
Quote fields become comparable only after roll dimensions, quantity unit, inner-pack count, case count, sample and tooling charges, currency and delivery responsibility use the same basis. The response should identify which label, packaging and exact-product files accompany that particular proposed model.
Unresolved
Blank construction details, ambiguous pack counts, missing destination terms, related-series documents and unsupported suitability statements remain open. We keep these gaps visible for supplier clarification; we do not convert a reference into inventory, certification, authorization or a medical claim.
What happens after responses arrive?
We can organize the replies, flag deviations, coordinate a sample request and prepare a side-by-side record. The buyer decides which proposal advances and which qualified party must review destination-market documents, labeling or intended-use questions. No supplier is treated as approved merely because it answered the inquiry.
