Adhesive Bandage Wrap Quote Checklist

Use one requirement sheet to compare construction, dimensions, packaging, commercial terms and exact-product evidence. The checklist supports a purchasing decision; it does not establish inventory, product suitability, supplier approval or a medical outcome.

Resolve the fields that change the offer

Write the requirement before requesting a price

A phrase such as “self adhesive bandage” does not define the exact construction or commercial unit. Mark every unknown as supplier to confirm, and tell candidates whether alternatives are acceptable. That makes a deviation visible and prevents a substitute from appearing equivalent without buyer approval.

Keep each size, color or packaging format on its own line. A blended quantity can hide a separate MOQ or carton requirement for each variant.

  • Product and construction: cohesive-to-itself or other behavior, substrate, stretch expectation, width, roll length, color, edge and skin-contact restrictions.
  • Quantity and destination: rolls per variant, individual and inner pack, master case count, US destination, requested timing and sample quantity.
  • Packaging and files: private-label scope, artwork responsibility, barcode or carton mark, status language, shelf-life information and documents tied to the exact proposed product.
  • Commercial basis: currency, MOQ, unit basis, tooling, artwork, samples, delivery term, freight scope, exclusions and quote revision date.

Record quote evidence and decision ownership

Available for comparison

Compare answers only where the proposed configuration, roll dimensions, pack hierarchy, quantity, currency and delivery responsibility are aligned. Keep sample and tooling charges visible. Divide a product subtotal by the confirmed roll count only after confirming what each pack and case contains.

A public product-family page may help explain which attributes to request, but it is not evidence that the quoted configuration has the same material, pack, label or status. Store it as a reference, separate from supplier confirmation.

Confirm per quoted model

  • Specifications and packaging: identify every requested field, actual proposed response, deviation and unresolved value.
  • Documents and responsibility: name the product and manufacturer to which each file applies; note who reviews destination-market, label or intended-use questions.
  • Commercial scope: confirm quantity basis, price inclusions, currency, delivery term, freight, samples, artwork, tooling and charges not included.
  • Approval record: preserve sample findings, open issues, buyer decision and the quotation revision used for approval.
Evidence boundary

Supplier statements remain supplier statements until reviewed. High-end, mid-range, budget or undecided is a buyer preference, not an independently verified supplier grade. Our service supplies procurement information, not medical advice or a health-outcome assurance.

Send the completed checklist with product, specification, quantity, US destination, timing and exact-product document questions. We can coordinate comparable factory responses while the buyer retains final approval.
